If you call, we'll set up an appointment at your home to discuss your bathroom project. I schedule initial home visits in the evening or Saturday mornings.You may already have a designer, or at least a good idea of what you want. If you don't, I can assist you in choosing fixtures and materials, based on your space, lifestyle, and personal tastes. I allow two hours of personal design time per bathroom without extra charge.
If we can define the major materials and fixtures on this visit, it will allow me to build a labor and materials budget for the project, usually within 2-3 days. I send that to you via email (if available) so you can get a good idea of what the project will cost.
Budget VS. Actual Cost
So now we have a good idea of what the project will cost. Is it exact?
Not yet. While I've budgeted middle of the road costs for things like faucets, tile, stool, tub, etc., we still don't know exactly what we'll be using, or exactly what it will cost. It is time to go shopping! Then we'll be able to build a Contract Price. The next menu item in the upper left, "Contract Pricing", will explain.
